I've never ever gotten a +15 energy -1 Energy Regen mod on anything I've ever found in Guild Wars. Have you guys seen any of these recently after factions came out? I know the PvP characters get these and I think collectors give these out but I've never had these mods on a drop before. :>

I managed to get a Dragon's Breath Wand with +14 Energy -1 Regen and +20% to skill Recharge for Fire, for example.

I got a +15% dmg all the time with a -1 hp regen, but don't think i've seen a -1 eng regen yet

You can find rods and offhands with up to 15/-1 in Tyria too, as well as weapons with +15% -1 nrg reg.
The only new thing i found was a longer-bleeding bow string....I thought i unlocked all the mods for bows in chap 1, but last night when i IDded a blue bow i unlocked that string

I'm thinking it has been introduced with chap 2.

The mods seem really high quality now too. Last night I had some sort of rare monk staff drop, I think it was called a "Defensive Holy Branch of Pruning". It had perfect mods. 10% faster cast + skill recharge, +5 Armor and +20% damage vs Plants. Woot! Look out shrubbery, here I come! Anyway, it's on par with a green. Req11 Devine Favor, and sadly I have no monk!

I'll put it on my ranger or mesmer I guess
